2 part candle mould

How to use 2 part candle mould

You will need 1kg of feather palm wax or crystal palm wax

5 metre coil of cdn 24 wick

your choice of fragrance oil

and your choice of colour

mould stand and wick holder

photo 2 - how to set up your 2 part mould note the bull dog clips and masking tape folded around the 2 halves of the mould to ensure no leaks

photo 3 - a wick holder keeps the wick in centre of your mould until the wax sets

photo 4 - close up of the stand for your mould to sit on

photo 5 - your wick lays in the groove at the bottom of the mould before you close the 2 halves together

(note: if you have a wick with a metal tab on the end like the one in the photo, just cut it off)
